Girls Soccer Highlights
The Girls Varsity Soccer team fell to OESJ yesterday evening. The team gave up two goals in the first half off set pieces, and the Wolves capitalized. Despite the setback, the girls came out firing in the second half, outshooting and outpacing a strong OESJ team. The girls had some great build-up play and a few good looks on goal, but unfortunately could not find the back of the net. Despite the first-half setback, the girls did not concede a goal throughout the second half. Junior Nadia LaBate anchored the defense and played a strong game at sweeper. The girls move to 9-5 on the season and finish out league play with a 5-5 split. The girls close out the regular season on Friday as they travel to Hoosic Falls for a non-league matchup.

Boys Soccer Highlights
The Varsity team played OESJ in their last regular-season game. Galway came out controlling possession. Scored first on a corner kick delivered by Jorden Grupe and headed in by Ian Horton. OESJ was awarded a penalty kick on a handball in the box. OESJ's Case Stowell would put it away to tie the game. Galway controlled possession in the second half as well, but OESJ were awarded a second penalty after a foul, and Case Stowell scored again to make it 2-1. OESJ scored again from a corner kick late in the final minutes to make it 3-1.
