We had some great games last night, with teams playing state-ranked opponents, so be sure to check out the highlights. Good Luck to Golf today as they compete at the WAC Cup.

Congratulations to the Varsity Volleyball Team for holding on to the Times Union Section 2 high school volleyball power rankings #1 spot in Class C for the 3rd straight week.
 Anyone needing a sports physical before Winter Sports season. Dr. Buff will be here on Monday (11/16) for physicals. Please contact Nurse Horne to set up an appointment if needed. Girls Basketball Open Gym for any girls in grades 7-12 on Sundays from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Volleyball Highlights
Congratulations to the Varsity Volleyball team, who defeated Schoharie in a match-up of state-ranked teams last night, 25-13, 25-9, 25-16. Kiera Allen led the Eagles with 17 kills, and Courtney Smith added 11 kills. Kenzie Gardinier added 12 service points and 25 assists, and Sadie Stead had 16 digs. They move to 7-0 in the league and overall. The Eagles travel to Burnt Hills on Saturday.
The team raised $480 for the American Cancer Society for their Pink Game last night. They also raised $500 for the Honor of Flight in honor of 9/11.
Congratulations to the JV Volleyball team on their win last night against Schoharie with set scores of 25-17 and 25-13. Lily Chevalier and Gracyn Symonds led the Golden Eagles with strong serving. Avery Menge led the team in kills, while Ryle Glenn led the team in digs. Harleigh Hill and Emma DiPasquale combined for key blocks throughout the game. The team moves to 6-0 in the league and 7-0 overall.

Girls Soccer Highlights
The Girls Varsity Soccer team fell to a state-ranked Northville squad yesterday evening. The girls gave up one goal in the first half and created a few dangerous chances. Northville came out of halftime firing and ultimately put the game away. Norah Schaperjahn and Josie Price combined for a few solid opportunities on goal. Northville’s keeper Lilian Chamberlain made a couple of huge saves to preserve the shutout. Galway’s keeper, Lily Bain, had 24 saves on the night and now totals 122 on the season. Congratulations Lily!
The team raised $150 for the American Breast Cancer Foundation with a PK contest following the game. Thank you to everyone who helped and donated! The girls move to 6-3 on the season and are back in action today as they take on Spa Catholic.
