ANNOUNCEMENTS/TODAY'S EVENTS

Happy Wednesday!  You are doing better than you think, so keep it going, Eagle Nation.  We might see above freezing today for the first time since mid-January.  Positive thoughts that Spring is coming😎. Only four days left of Winter Sports.   Come out to support the teams while you still can.  The Boys JV and Varsity play at home tonight, and the Girls JV and Varsity play at home tomorrow.  Wrestling State qualifiers are Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at the Glens Falls Civic Center.

INFORMATION & HAPPENINGS

Cows can really eat. Cows have an incredibly complex digestive system with four distinct compartments, or chambers, through which their food passes. This is where the popular belief that cows have four stomachs comes from, but it's four different compartments. Cows need to eat between 55 and 110lbs of food every day. That’s an awful lot of grass and other plants! They also drink about 30 gallons of water daily.

  • In 1963,  Julia Child's cooking show The French Chef debuted on Boston's public TV station as a regular series.
