ANNOUNCEMENTS/TODAY'S EVENTS
Friday is a day to celebrate the hard work of the week, EAGLE NATION! One acre of land can grow a variety of crops, including 50,000 pounds of strawberries or 2,784 pounds (46.4 bushels) of wheat. The Varsity Volleyball traveled to Mount Saint Mary's College in Newburgh last night to take on the #1 team in the state, Mount Academy, in the State Quarterfinals. The Eagles played their hearts out and gave everything they had, but came up short as they fell in four sets. We want to thank all the fans who came down to support us. Thank you to all the students who filled two spectator buses to cheer us on, and special thank you to the chaperones who came to make the spectator buses possible. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Remember, keep it classy, Eagle Nation!

Fun fact of the day: Mirrors facing each other don't produce infinite reflections. In fact, each reflection will be darker than the last and eventually fade into invisibility.
Did you know? Golf was the first sport played on the moon by Apollo 14 astronaut Alan Shepard in 1971.
