Congratulations to the Varsity Volleyball team as they won their 10th straight League Title and pushed their league winning streak to 97 games on Wear Purple night in honor of Alzheimer's awareness. The next few nights are going to be chilly, so make sure to bundle up.
The Girls' Varsity Soccer Team is the #11 seed in the Section 2 Class C Sectionals. They travel to the #6 Seed Maple Hill today for a 3:00 p.m. start at Maple Hill HS.

Volleyball Highlights
Congratulations to the Varsity Volleyball team as they claimed their 10th straight WAC League Championship last night, as the Eagles defeated Holy Trinity. It also marks 97 straight league wins for the Eagles dating back to 2017. They wrapped up their regular and league season last night with a 3-0 sweep by the scores of 25-4, 25-9, 25-5. Kiera Allen led the way for the Eagles with 15 kills. Courtney Smith added 11 kills, and Emma Menge and Samantha Becker each had 5 kills apiece. Kenzie Gardinier dished out 22 assists for Galway. Galway finished the regular season at 13-0 in the league and 14-1 overall. Galway now awaits Sectional Seeding.
- Congratulations to the JV Volleyball team as they finished their season with a win over Holy Trinity with set scores of 25-6 and 25-10. Harleigh Hill had 8 aces for the Eagles, Grace Murphy had 3 kills and 4 digs, and Gwen Ahsmann added 5 assists along with 6 aces. The team finishes the season with an 11-1 league record and a 12-4 overall record.

Boys Soccer Highlights
The Boys' Varsity Soccer team traveled to Cairo-Durham last night for the opening round of Sectionals. The Eagles put up a tremendous fight as they held Cairo-Durham to a scoreless match for the first 55 minutes of the game. Unfortunately, the Mustangs broke through in the last 25 minutes as they were able to score 5 goals on the Eagles. The Mustangs had a relentless attack as they put 42 shots on goal. Hayden Flinton was a wall all night, making 37 saves. The Eagles finished the season with a 4-12-1 record. Great Job Eagles!!!
