ANNOUNCEMENTS/TODAY'S EVENTS

Happy Tuesday Eagle Nation! Remember having even one small positive thought can change the rest of your day for the better.  Make sure you get plenty of rest and get lots of vitamin C to help yourself as cold and flu season is upon us.  Surprise surprise more snow is expected over the weekend.  Old man winter can leave any day now.  The chances to see our Winter athletes perform are getting smaller and smaller, so get out to see our teams play.  The Boys and Girls Modified Basketball Teams wrapped up their seasons last night.  Tonight the JV and Varsity Girls' Basketball teams host Johnstown in the first round of the girls' WAC Crossover


IMPORTANT INFO!!!!
NYSPHSAA voted unanimously last Wednesday to move this coming Fall sports date ahead a full week.  Here are the new start dates for Fall 2025 Sports
  • JV & Varsity Sports - August 18th
  • Modified Sports - August 25th

Spring sports open gyms have started (check the times below)!!!

Registration for Spring Trap season is open (see information below). 

  • There are only 37 days till Spring (PLEASE BRING NICE WEATHER HERE QUICKLY!!!!)

  • College Softball and Baseball kicked off this weekend with games.

  • It's just 5 days until the DAYTONA 500.  Let's get ready to start those engines. 

  • It is 55 days till the Masters in Augusta, Georgia, and 139 days until Wimbledon.

  • Spring Sports Physicals at the nurse's office for anyone who needs them will be on Wednesday, March 5th @ 8:00 a.m.

TRAP SHOOTING TEAM
  • Registration opens February 4th
  • Open to grades 6-12
  • Must be 12 years old or older
  • No equipment or experience is required
  • Practices/Matches are Thursdays 230-430 and/or Sundays 12-4

Girls Basketball Highlights

The Girls Modified Basketball wrapped up their season last night with another great battle.  Unfortently the Eagles came up just short falling 30 - 24 to the Cougars.  Rylie Glenn led the way for the Eagles with 8 points.  Kenzie Gardiner chipped in with 7 points.

Boys Basketball Highlights

The Boys Modified Basketball teams wrapped up their season last night as they hosted the Cougars of Canajoharie.  The Gold team fell 17-33.  Alek Holman and Brantley Decker each scored 4 points.  The Blue team won 43-24 in their season finale as they were led by Issac Schaperjahn who scored 20 points.  Jake Page added 10 points for the Eagles.
