ANNOUNCEMENTS/TODAY'S EVENTS

It's Tuesday EAGLE NATION!  There was some confusion between the scoring reporting at the State Meet for the Boys' Cross Country Team as they competed at the State Meet in Class D.  The Boys finished 6th overall as a team in the State in Class D. Congratulations!  We are very proud of you all.   JV and Varsity Winter sports practices started yesterday.  Modified Sports begin on Monday the 25th.  Last night in Barrow, Alaska the sunset, and won't rise again until January 22nd.  That is 64 straight days with no sun. 


Congratulations to the Galway Boys XC team who finished 6th place at the New York State Class D Championships on Saturday.  Great job this season to the boys as they had an undefeated dual meet record, won the WAC small school division, won Class D Sectionals, and came in 6th in the state.
Today is National Monopoly Day! Great idea for a family fun night!

Cross Country Highlights

Trevor Bombard, who came in 28th, was the top finisher. Cody Schneider was selected for the Sportsmanship Award for Section II Class D.
