The Galway community gathered together to celebrate the accomplishments of our High School students during the annual Awards Night ceremony. The event was a special opportunity to recognize the hard work, dedication, perseverance, and achievements of students throughout this school year and over the course of their high school careers.

Students were honored for excellence in academics, leadership, service, athletics, the arts, and many other areas that reflect the well-rounded experiences and successes of Galway students. Throughout the evening, scholarships, departmental awards, and special recognitions were presented to students who have demonstrated a strong commitment to their education and school community.

Awards Night is always a meaningful tradition because it highlights not only the accomplishments of our students, but also the support system that helps them succeed. Families, teachers, staff members, coaches, and community supporters all play an important role in encouraging and guiding students throughout their journeys, and we were proud to celebrate those partnerships as part of the evening.

One of the highlights of the night was the opportunity to virtually connect with Galway students who were competing at the New York State Envirothon. Although they could not be physically present, we were excited to ensure they were still recognized and celebrated alongside their classmates for their outstanding accomplishments and representation of Galway on the state level.

The evening served as a reminder of the incredible talent, character, and determination of our students. Their achievements inside and outside of the classroom continue to make the Galway community proud.

Congratulations to all of this year’s award recipients, and thank you to everyone who helped make the evening such a success. We are incredibly proud of our students and look forward to all they will continue to accomplish in the future.
