Residents of the Galway Central School District who are eligible for transportation to a non-public school under the 15-mile limit (students must reside within 15 miles of the non-public school), are required to file an application each year for such transportation in accordance with Chapter 363 of the NYS Laws of 1960.

Residents of the Galway Central School District requesting such transportation for the 2026-2027 school year must submit a written request for each child to the Galway Central School District by April 1, 2026.

To be eligible:

• Student must be a resident of Galway Central School District
• Distance from the student's driveway to the front door of the school cannot exceed 15 miles
• Application must be completed and signed 
• Application with original signature must be RECIEVED by the transportation office by April 1, 2026
