The Galway Boys Cross Country team finished in sixth place at the New York State Class D Championships. The last time the Galway Boys XC Team competed in States was 1999!

In addition to their phenomenal showing at States, the boys had an undefeated dual meet record, won the WAC Small School Division, and won Class D Sectionals! They won the Galway Invitational and the Fort Plain Invitational, were third at the Grout Run and the Utica (EJ Herman) Invitational, and placed second at the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Invitational. To place in the top three at any of those meets is a huge accomplishment because the best teams from multiple states and all across NY compete in those events!

Senior Simon Evans went undefeated in the all the league dual meets he raced this year (and last year). The top finisher at States was Trevor Bombard who came in 28th, and Cody Schneider was selected for the Sportsmanship Award for Section II Class D! Congratulations to all the athletes, coaches, and families on a stellar season!

The Varsity Volleyball team had one of the greatest sports runs in school history. They advanced to their sixth straight Sectional Finals, including four consecutive championships, but fell short in a battle with Stillwater. Their run included nine consecutive League Championships including a current 84-game winning streak in the league. Congratulations on a great season, Eagles, we are proud of you!

In Golf, Andy Miller scored in the top 10 at the WAC Tournament, qualified for Sectionals, and placed in the top 50 at Sectionals!
